Getting the correct requirements will save you time and money which would otherwise be spent fixing miscommunication mistakes. We don’t add crazy percentages to our prices “just in case”, what we charge is it costs.

Although we can manage your website for you, we prefer to spend our time creating and thus encourage you to update your website yourself. After all, why should you wait for someone else to update your website and charge you for it?

We use the leading open source content management systems as a base for our websites. What does that mean for you? It means we have full access to our code, that we can modify, create and customize features of your website faster, and you will not be charged any royalty fees (per user, per domain, or any monthly fees) for the base CMS. We will only charge you for the custom features you request and for their integration.

If there is a good solution out there for you that will save you time and money, we will let you know about it. On the other hand, we won’t insist on selling you pre-made solutions. We develop what our customers need whether that already exists or not. If we don’t have the tools, time, or staff to develop it then we won’t make you an offer.

Often people get carried away and want to add "everything" to their website. From experience we know that now all those things will benefit you and your company. And so we let you know. We always advise our customers to keep it simple, easier to manage, and easier on your visitors.

We would never put your website live until you’re completely satisfied with it. We will modify your suggested web designs until you're happy with them. We will modify your website prototype until you're happy with it. And we will not try to convince you to like it, it is after all YOUR website.

We will add all of the meta descriptions and keywords separately for each and every page of your website. We guarantee that every single page in your website will be readable and easy to index by search engines.

How many times have you visited a website which works only in Internet Explorer, or doesn't quite look the same on a Mac? Well, you don't have to worry about that because we spend a fair amount of time making sure everything works as intended for all of your visitors.
