Step 2: First Meeting
We arrange a meeting to discuss and indentify your exact requirements.
During this meeting you will be filling out our website questionnaire (if you haven't filled out our quotation form), and you will be able to describe to us in detail the requirements of your website project. For complex projects additional meetings might be needed.

Step 3: Proposal Presentation & Approval
We arrange a second meeting to present our proposed solution and the cost of the development.
During this meeting you can approve, or request to modify the proposal by adding or removing optional features from your website. If you choose to approve our proposal and sign it, you must deposit 40% of the total amount of the website up front in order for the project to begin according to the suggested timeline.

Step 4: Website Design
We create sample design(s) to illustrate how your website will look.
We will create a number of sample designs (the number of designs in stated in your proposal). You will choose one of the designs and provide us with any changes or modifications (if needed). We will apply these modifications until you are satisfied with the overall design.

Step 5: Content Delivery
Delivery of website content and second deposit (30% of the total amount).
This stage marks the deadline for delivering the website content to us if you haven't done so already. The website content consists of any text, images, videos, pdf's or other media you would like to display on your website in digital format. You will also have to sign the second intallment which is equal to 30% of your total project cost. Note: All non-digital content is subject to extra charges in order to be converted to digital format.

Step 6: Website Prototype & Final Details
We create a first version (prototype) of the website on a test domain where you can see how it works and review it.
You will be able to see a first draft of your website and interact with it on our test domain. Once again, you can request minor (non-design related) modifications or additions. Once you are happy with the end result, your website will be ready for the final stage where it will be search engine optimized.

Step 7: Search Engine Optimization
We perform the initial search engine optimization for all pages of your website.
All our websites are delivered fully search engine optimized. The will use search-engine-friendly links, and the initial website keywords and meta descriptions will be added by us for each and every page. You will have the ability to later add your own search engine keywords using the CMS.

Step 8: Last Payment
You deliver the final payment (the last 30% of the total amount).
After you deliver the third and final intallment of the website cost, we will transfer your website and put it live on the domain of your choice and you can book your training session anytime.

Step 9: Training Session
We have a training session which will enable you to manage your website content anytime using the CMS.
We will book you a training session for up to 5 persons to show you how to use the Content Management System to update your website's content, add news, images, and other media in order to keep your website up to date. From this stage onwards you will not need to ever pay content addition fees again!

Step 10: Go live
You start using your website!
Congratulations! Your website is now officially up and running!
Search engine promotion (if included in your proposal) will also take place at this point.
Once your website is live, the below free services will be activated: Hosting for 1 year, Domain registration for 1 year, Unlimited e-mail accounts, System maintenance and updates for 1 year, Extra training sessions.
