GnosySoft Ltd., is a small but dynamic and fast growing company that provides hardware sale, web page design, support and consulting services in Cyprus. GnosySoft Ltd. invites applications from young candidates for the following immediate openings in Nicosia.

The following job positions are currently available:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales activities in coordination with sales manager
  • Assist in the administration of resellers and company services/products
  • Organizing and managing sales, contracts and tenders to institutions and businesses
  • Assist in Customer's Account Management and business sales closures.
  • Receive, register and process incoming business leads
  • Assist sales in managing customer satisfaction
  • Understanding client requirements and providing matching resources
  • Set-up the sales activity of prospective clients and resellers


General requirements:

  • Strong organizational and selling skills
  • Team Player
  • Excellent character and good ethics
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English languages
  • Good at working with Computers (recommended)
  • Creativity and imagination in generating new ideas and initiating new projects and customers

Remuneration:
Salary + percentage scheme + other benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location: Nicosia, Ayios Andreas
Schedule: Full-Time
Description: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and all the departments of the company. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.

Responsibilities:
1. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
4. Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
5. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
6. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
7. Coordinate all departments regarding specific tasks from time to time.
8. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Female, with pleasant personality.
2. Students and graduates of any 2 or 4 years business course. Secretarial students are welcome.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
4. Must be fluent in Greek and have a good knowledge of written and verbal English.
5. Must be able to multi-task and deal with pressure and deadlines.
6. Very organized.

Expected salary based on qualifications.
