Schedule: Full-Time
Description: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and all the departments of the company. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
Responsibilities: 1. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
4. Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
5. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
6. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
7. Coordinate all departments regarding specific tasks from time to time.
8. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS 1. Female, with pleasant personality.
2. Students and graduates of any 2 or 4 years business course. Secretarial students are welcome.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
4. Must be fluent in Greek and have a good knowledge of written and verbal English.
5. Must be able to multi-task and deal with pressure and deadlines.
6. Very organized.
