GENERAL: GnosyColony Group Ltd had its beginning with the founding of GnosySoft Ltd, established in 2007 by a team of software engineers, consultants, animators and graphic designers with the purpose of providing affordable, personalized, professional software consulting and solutions to maximize clients' profit, efficiency, and growth for growing businesses. It was joined by the establishment of GnosyAnimation Ltd in 2008 to focus on the increasing demand for animation services and by GnosyArt Ltd and GnosyMentor Ltd in 2009 to address the growing need for art promotion and human resources development respectively.
BASIC FUNCTION: Administrative, Clerical and Project Based work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports all the departments of the company, the Managing Director and the Chief Operations Manager.
- Coordinates all departments regarding their tasks from time to time and prioritizes tasks for the management.
- Preparation of company briefings and taking minutes for all them (monthly and Quarterly)
- Make arrangements for the Marketing Plan.
- Substitute for receptionist as mutually agreed upon in advance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English, as English is the business language.
- Person must be representative and have good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Person must be very organized.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
- Must be able to Multi-Task, deal with pressure and deadlines.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of Greek.
- Graduates of Business Studies or Course or any administrative course.
- Flexibility
STATUS (full/part-time, exempt, non-exempt): Full-Time
