JOB LOCATION: Agios Andreas, Nicosia, Cyprus

GENERAL: GnosyColony Group Ltd had its beginning with the founding of GnosySoft Ltd, established in 2007 by a team of software engineers, consultants, animators and graphic designers with the purpose of providing affordable, personalized, professional software consulting and solutions to maximize clients' profit, efficiency, and growth for growing businesses. It was joined by the establishment of GnosyAnimation Ltd in 2008 to focus on the increasing demand for animation services and by GnosyArt Ltd and GnosyMentor Ltd in 2009 to address the growing need for art promotion and human resources development respectively.

BASIC FUNCTION: Be responsible of sales activities of either products or services of GnosyColony.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in sales activities in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Assist in the administration of resellers and company services/products
  • Managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, managing customer satisfaction and answering questions on available stock and product performance
  • Assist in Customer's Account Management and business sales closures.
  • Receive, register and process incoming business leads
  • Understanding client user requirements and providing matching resources and tenders
  • Set-up the sales activity of prospective clients and resellers
  • Coordinating with dealership personnel to verify opportunities and increase sales

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong sales skills, product and services knowledge
  • All sales personnel must have strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills are required in order to keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills is needed
  • Team Player
  • Excellent character and good ethics
  • Fluency in both Greek & English languages

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Creativity and imagination in generating new ideas and initiating new projects and customers
  • Candidates that have 1-2 years of experience in a professional / sales work environment will be considered a bonus
  • Web design user requirements analysis or IT systems knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies

STATUS (full/part-time, exempt, non-exempt): Full-Time

REMUNERATION: Salary, percentage scheme and other benefits will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
